Stocor Portable Storage Delivery Method Information

A FEW TIPS TO KEEP IN MIND WHEN PREPARING FOR YOUR CONTAINER DELIVERY
  • Be sure that your site is leveled and does not have a steep incline at the spot of delivery

  • Make sure there are no low hanging power lines or branches

  • Be sure your site ground is not soft and able to handle heavy weight for our equipment

  • Allow for adequate space for our delivery drivers to unload (see requirements below)

10' or 16' On-Site Storage Delivery

Our 10' and 16' containers are best to be delivered with our roll off trailer.

Please allow for 50' - 60' of straight backing space for our driver to back in and as he is pulling forward the container will slide off the back into space for delivery.

We offer multiple delivery methods for our 20' & 40' containers depending on the scenario that fits your situation the best.

20' On-Site Storage Delivery

Please allow for 60' - 80' of straight backing space for our driver to back in and as he is pulling forward the container will roll off the back into space for delivery.

This method is best used for tight spaces next to your garage or on smaller job site locations. Does not need as much width space to unload the storage container.

* Also best delivery method for our 24' containers

Our moving equipment can haul up to 10,000 Lbs. inside the 20' container and levelly loads and unloads.

20' Moving & Storage Delivery

Please allow for at least 20' of width (double wide driveway) worth of room and at least 50' - 60' of straight backing space for our driver to back in and then is able to park parallel with the location you would like the container placed and can then be offloaded to the left or right hand side.

Typical placement for moving containers would be in your driveway or off to the side in the grass so that our driver is able to get back to the side of it when he is loading for moving or bringing back to our storage location.

This option is also used for job-site locations that have a smaller spaced area or needing placed onto a curb or a different location.

40' On-Site Storage Delivery

Please allow for at least 100' - 120' of straight backing space for our driver to back in with the 40' storage container and as he is pulling forward the container will roll off the back. Space needed for the truck, trailer and container lined up in order.

This option of delivery for our storage containers is best used in open job-site locations, farm locations, field space or any other wide open area with plenty of space for our driver to maneuver and drop the container for placement.

40' Moving & On-site Storage Delivery

Please allow for at least 60' - 80' of straight backing space for our larger crane truck to back in as well as at least 20' of width (double wide driveway worth of room) to get positioned parallel to the delivery site location and can then offload the shipping container to the left or right hand side of his trailer.

This method is typically used for smaller job site locations still in need of a larger container, business moving, remodel sites but not the best option for residential locations. Also a great method for delivery of sold 40' containers as it helps to get the container level and sat on railroad ties or a cement pad you have prepared.
